RTo ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask everyone to follow the guidelines below. By entering the facility, all guests agree to comply with these policies.
Waivers Required
- All participants must have a signed waiver on file before entering play areas.
- A parent or legal guardian must sign for minors. And stay with the child
- No drop-offs, we are not responsible for children, nor a child watching facility
- No Alcohol, No Vaping, No Smoking,
- No Chewing tobacco. We are an alcohol-free, smoke-free, and vapor-free environment.
Entry & Re-entry Policy
- Guests leaving the facility may need a hand stamp or receipt for re-entry.
- Re-entry is subject to capacity limits.
Equipment Safety Rules
- Play equipment must be used as intended.
- No climbing on exterior netting, railings, or restricted areas.
- Slides must be used feet-first only (no climbing up slides unless designated).
Socks Required
- All children and adults in designated play areas must wear socks.
- For safety and hygiene, bare feet and shoes are not permitted in play structures.
Outside Food, Drinks & Party Items
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Outside cake, decorations, gifts, or party supplies are not allowed unless you have a reserved party package.
- Please help us maintain a clean and allergy-aware environment for all guests.
Birthday Parties & Celebrations
- All parties must be reserved in advance.
- Unscheduled or walk-in birthday celebrations are not permitted.
- Cake, presents, and party décor are allowed only with an official party reservation.
- Confetti, confetti balloons, and piñatas are not permitted inside the facility. This helps us maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests.
No Rough Play
- No pushing, wrestling, or unsafe behavior.
- Running only where permitted.
Animals
- Only trained service animals are permitted, in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Photography & Media Notice
- Photography and video may occur in public play areas.
- Guests who do not wish to appear in the media should notify staff.
Adult Supervision Required
- A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior and safety while visiting.
- Staff members monitor the facility but do not provide direct supervision of individual children.
