ELF UNIVERSITY:
This holiday season, Castaway Play Café invites your child to step into a world of pure Christmas magic at Elf University. With this immersive experience, kids don’t just meet Santa’s elves—they become one.
From November 29 through December 14, 2025, children will arrive at Castaway Play Café and, with the help of a magical portal, be transported straight to the North Pole. As soon as they step through, they’ll enter the enchanted halls of Elf University, the very same place where Santa’s real elves have trained for centuries. Here, your child officially begins their journey to becoming an Official North Pole Elf.
Over the course of their magical session, future elves-in-training will rotate through three hands-on specialty classes taught by North Pole instructors:
🎓 Reindeer Training 101 – learn about Santa’s famous flyers and create their favorite energy-boosting snack
🔨 Toy Workshop & Engineering Lab – build real toys like first-year elves do in Santa’s workshop
🍪 Cookie Decorating & Holiday Baking Course – decorate and enjoy sweet treats designed to power hardworking elves
Once training is complete, students will gather for a Formal Elf Graduation Ceremony, where they will receive their Official Elf University Diploma—the ultimate proof that they are now fully trained and ready to serve the North Pole.
And the magic doesn’t stop there…
On December 19, Santa himself will be arriving at Castaway Play Café with special guests to celebrate his newly trained elves. Any child who brings back their Elf University Diploma will get to meet Santa for FREE as a reward for their hard work. If families choose to stay for our joyful Holly Jolly Christmas Party on the same day, regular party admission applies.

HOLLY JOLLY CHRISTMAS PARTY:
Get ready for the most magical night of the season! On December 19th from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Castaway Play Café is transforming into a cheerful Christmas celebration for our Holly Jolly Christmas Party, an unforgettable family event filled with joy, laughter, and holiday spirit.
As families arrive, they’ll step into a warm, festive atmosphere filled with holiday décor and Christmas music, creating a cozy, exciting setting perfect for celebrating together. Kids can bounce, climb, and play to their hearts’ content with unlimited access to our indoor play structures and bounce attractions all evening long.
At 5:30 PM, the moment everyone has been waiting for will arrive—Santa Claus himself will make a grand entrance, joined by special North Pole guests, ready to meet families, take photos, and share Christmas magic.
Throughout the night, families will enjoy a delightful variety of hands-on holiday activities,
including:
🎨 Holiday Craft Workshop – create festive keepsake crafts to take home
📸 Holiday Photo Stations – capture beautiful Christmas memories with themed backdrops
💌 Letters to Santa – write a heartfelt letter and send it straight to the North Pole through our magical mailbox
🍪 Cookies & Hot Cocoa Bar – decorate a holiday cookie and enjoy it with a warm cup of cocoa
Concessions will be open for additional food and drink purchases, making it the perfect all-in-one evening of fun and family connection.
A Special Surprise for Elf University Graduates
If your child participated in Elf University this season and earned their Official Elf University Diploma, bring it with you to the party! All graduates can meet Santa for FREE as a reward for completing their training.
(Admission to the Holly Jolly Christmas Party is still required to attend the event and participate in activities.)
